About Omar
I began in competitive football, where movement was largely measured through performance. Over time, that relationship expanded far beyond sport and into a broader exploration of how the body learns, adapts, and changes.
That path has taken me from formal study in Human Performance and Exercise & Nutrition Science into years of coaching, movement practice, experimentation, and ongoing professional training in the Feldenkrais Method.
