A Return to the Intelligence of the Body.

Movement immersions for those who want to explore strength, awareness, adaptability, and a deeper relationship with the body.

From private retreats to outdoor classes and future workshops and retreats, each experience creates space to move, learn, connect, and explore the body beyond conventional exercise.

The Experience

Practice With Us in Person.

Group practicing movement together indoors

These in person experiences bring together movement education, strength, mobility, somatic exploration, coordination, play, and reflection.

Rather than following one single training method, we explore different practices and perspectives that help make the relationship between body and brain more present.

The intention is to create space to move, learn, experiment, and develop a more adaptable relationship with your body.
